| Description | The Rhode Island Department of Transportation is soliciting informational proposals from qualified parties for the Washington Bridge No. 700 Replacement. With this RFI, the State of Rhode Island seeks information and suggestions regarding the solicitation documents and procurement process for Bid No. TRFP24004195 – Design-Build Services for Washington Bridge No. 700 Replacement. Following the RFI, the State of Rhode Island intends to issue revised procurement documents for the replacement of Bridge #700. This is a Request for Information (RFI). No award will be made as a result of this solicitation.
